How far is the hotel from the lake?
Just 30 meters from our garden. The lake is easily accessible via a small pedestrian pathway. There is a natural pebble beach.
Is parking included in my reservation?
There is one parking slot for each room, included in the price.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in is from 2 pm. The reception is open until 8 pm o'clock. You can also arrive later, but we kindly ask in this case to inform us briefly via mail or call. At night there is always a night watchman, therefore also late check-ins are possible, with prior notice.
I have a infant. Do I have to pay for him/her?
Yes, infants do pay. After selecting the number of children and their ages on the booking system, the correct price is displayed. In reservations with half board we do not charge for dinner for toddlers (0-2 years).
What is the best time to come to Limone?
From June to September is the very best travel time, but also the low-season months have their charm.
Is there parking for motorcycles or trailers?
For trailer/motorcycles we have some limited additional places with this rule: who books first, gets first. In this case, however, we ask guests to call us before booking and check with us the availability of extra slots. If the additional space is available, it's free of charge.
Do I have to pay extra for the SPA?
If not included in the room rate, the cost is 10 € per person for 3 hours. You get an extra towel from us. Additionally, you can rent with a fee a bathrobe at the reception.
How far is the hotel from the center of Limone?
With a comfortable walk you reach the center of Limone in max. 10 mins.
Is the beach equipped?
The beach near the hotel beach is public and natural. There is no beach chairs to rent, but we advise our guests to spend time in our cozy garden where chairs and sunbeds for all customers are available. Only 5 minutes walk away there is also a beach with sun loungers for hire. This piece of the beach is very easy to reach, by walking southwards from the beach in front of us (through the camping place).
Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of booking?
We have different rates, terms and prices, also depending on the season. When you book through the booking system on our website you can see the respective conditions and cancellation terms and methods of payment, and if, for example, a deposit is due. Almost all tariffs require a deposit.
Can I smoke on the balcony of my room?
Yes, outside (and also on the balcony) you can smoke. In all indoor areas smoking is not allowed; all indoor areas of the hotel are equipped with smoke detectors.
Do you have baby cots available?
If you gave booked also for the infant in your reservation, the crib is free. We ask you, however, if the baby needs a crib, to let us know when booking in the "notes" or in an Extra-mail / call, so we can prepare the crib in advance (the number of cribs is limited).
Where are pets not allowed?
Dogs are not allowed in the dining room (where we serve dinner and breakfast). And of course they are not allowed to swim in the pool. Otherwise Pets are everywhere welcome in the hotel with leash.
Can I bring my dog?
Small and medium sized dogs are allowed with a small daily fee (see our Booking System under the tab "EXTRA"). Access to the dining room and swimming in the pool is not allowed. Otherwise leashed four-legged friends are allowed anywhere in the hotel and outside in the garden. In the case of large dogs, please contact in advance by email: we reserve the right to evaluate each individual case. The dog owner is liable for any damage done.
Can I bring my cat?
Cats are also allowed for a small daily fee (see our Booking System under the tab "EXTRA"). Access to the dining room and swimming in the pool is not allowed. Otherwise leashed pets are allowed anywhere in the hotel and outside in the garden. The dog owner is liable for any damage done.
Do you also have gluten-free food?
At breakfast there is a small area with some specific products that are gluten-free: corn waffles, biscuits. Also in the buffet are many foods naturally gluten-free. For dinner we recommend to contact us before. We are a small family-run hotel and may from time to time and upon prior request arrange gluten-free meals.
I am a vegetarian, do you also have dishes that are suitable for me?
We are a small family-run hotel and we try to adapt to the needs and desires of our guests. Gradually, we also introducing vegetarian alternatives, but still we can not guarantee the daily vegetarian offer. If you are interested in booking with half-board as a vegetarian, please contact us in advance to see if our proposals can fit to your needs. In general, we recommend in this case to reserve with breakfast only and then eat only on some days in our restaurant. So you can alternate our restaurant to the many restaurants in Limone.
Is breakfast served buffet?
Yes, breakfast is a large buffet of sweet and salty products, always fresh and of good quality. The coffee is served by an excellent quality machine that grinds the coffee at the moment and mounts the milk. Every day we prepare scrambled eggs and homemade cakes. There are cereals, fruit, Superfoods. You will not be disappointed!
